OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE M/F

For one of our client hospital facilities, and to strengthen our teams, we are looking for:

Your profile:

• Holder of a State-recognised Nursing diploma
• Experience in psychiatry, mental health or home care is an asset
• Autonomous, reliable, organised and responsible person.
• Excellent listening, empathy and communication skills
• Comfortable with home interventions and complex situations.
• Driving licence essential
• Very good command of French, German may be an added value.

Your role:

• Provide psychiatric nursing care at home.
• Support patients with mental health issues.
• Assess their mental state and needs.
• Implement and monitor individualised care plans.
• Promote autonomy and the maintenance of patients at home.
• Ensure monitoring of clinical progress.
• Close collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, relatives and various network stakeholders.
• Ensure rigorous handover of care and interventions.
