As a competence centre for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. This can be in inpatient long-term care, in specialised departments for dementia, rehabilitation and transitional care, or palliative care. Your mission:
Together with your night shift colleagues, you are responsible for individual and professional care and support of 153 residents. You take on night responsibility for a residential group and provide support in other departments. You dedicate yourself with enthusiasm and heart to accompanying people in different phases of life. In emergency situations, you initiate appropriate interventions and act as a contact person for doctors, hospitals, and relatives. You manage the care process professionally and take responsibility for situation-appropriate and professionally competent care and support. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a committed and collegial team.
