Job Description
You will assume overall responsibility for quality management and develop it strategically and operationally. In doing so, you ensure that products and processes along the entire value chain meet the high quality requirements. You analyse quality metrics, identify improvement potentials, and initiate appropriate measures together with the specialist departments. You work closely with development, purchasing, production, suppliers, sales, and other internal as well as external partners. Additionally, you advise management on quality-related matters and ensure sustainable quality improvement.We Expect
- Degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Experience in a leadership role or as a senior expert
- Experience with technically demanding products
- Good knowledge of quality processes, metrics, and root cause analyses
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
