Your Tasks
- We want top-quality nursing. Together with the ward management, you will ensure and further develop this.
- You advise and support the nursing team with your expertise and regular nursing duties on the ward.
- You plan and conduct training sessions, short courses, and case discussions and develop work instructions and other professional documents.
- We want to progress. Contribute yourself and your expertise to internal projects and topic-specific working groups and help us build something.
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor of Science (BScN) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- Enjoy working in interprofessional teams
- Flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality with good communication skills
- Enjoy developing professional nursing further
- High quality awareness and independent working style
