Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently handle service orders and carry them out professionally

• You competently advise your customers on site about our service offerings and the costs incurred

• You document your assignments in reports and create the necessary recordings

• You enjoy direct interaction with your customers

• You have a confident command of the German language and are proficient in the digital world

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a basic training as a carpenter, joiner or metalworker and have already gained experience

• You possess technical skill, are flexible in thinking, resilient in everyday life and a true team player

• You present yourself confidently, think and act customer-oriented and know how to inspire people

• You are willing to take on on-call duty for about 4 weekends per year

• You hold a category B driving licence - this is mandatory for us

• Your place of residence is in the city of Zurich or on the right/left shore of Lake Zurich - this is indispensable for us
