To strengthen our P&C Department, Animal Insurance Division, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Group Leader Animal Insurance.

The various tasks awaiting you

• Lead, support and develop your team, promoting responsibility, collaboration and a positive collective dynamic.
• Organise and coordinate the team’s activities, allocate resources, set priorities and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage operational activity, paying particular attention to processing times, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, monitor and coordinate complex cases, while providing your expertise and support to colleagues when necessary.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, particularly in training and quality, to ensure skills development and service quality.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimisation opportunities and proposing changes to processes, practices and organisation.

What makes you unique

• You have proven experience in leading and managing a team, ideally in insurance or service provision.
• Knowledge in the health sector (veterinary or human) is an asset.
• You possess strong organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills and are comfortable managing complex situations.
• As a native French speaker, you have excellent command of German: spoken and written at C1 level.

You are also organised, comfortable coordinating tasks and able to prioritise, used to simplifying complex situations, and have an excellent sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
