- Leading the employees of building technology in the areas of painting, plastering, carpentry, and project management
- Ensuring and prioritizing the proper maintenance of the building envelope and hospital garden within the allocated financial resources
- Developing as well as monitoring and adhering to the maintenance budget for building technology
- Independently, continuously analyzing and optimizing processes in building technology
- Contributing expertise and participating in higher-level, own, and cross-process projects (e.g., new buildings and renovations)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a technician in a building technology field or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in a hospital and/or laboratory environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills in dealing with employees from various company areas
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with CAFM programs is an advantage
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours
