Décovi SA is a company specialised in the production of high-precision machined parts of all levels of complexity. We specialise in screw machining, CNC turning, milling, laser engraving and decoration. To strengthen our teams for an indefinite period, we are looking for:
CNC Screw Machinist / Machine Setter, M/F – 100%
Mission
- Carry out programming, machine setting and adjustment of CNC machines with sliding heads;
- Ensure production monitoring of a group of machines;
- Guarantee production rates and conformity of produced parts;
- Occasionally provide support to other machine groups, depending on production needs;
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and production organisation.
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic specialising in screw machining or an equivalent qualification;
- Significant experience in setting and programming CNC machines;
- Proven experience in producing watch parts to demanding aesthetic standards;
- Knowledge of Star and/or Hanwha machines is a real asset;
- Good command of ISO language;
- Knowledge of GibbsCAM software would also be appreciated;
- Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility;
- Positive attitude, dynamism, team spirit.
