Your scope of action

• You are responsible for supporting and assessing our learners and contribute to realising their potential by providing them with first-class training
• You support and accompany our professional trainer
• You are the point of contact for all training-related questions
• You coach the learners
• You are responsible for executing the training mandate and evaluating the training status, as well as for the completion of competency evidence
• You collaborate closely with internal and external services and coordinate the final examinations
• You are in charge of recruiting learners

Your asset for us

• You hold a HES/ES nursing diploma
• You possess the FSEA certificate
• You have completed professional training expert education
• You communicate well, even very well, in German and French, both orally and in writing
