Study Advisor and Head of Admissions
Position Information
Start date: 01.12.2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: indefinite
Work rate: 90%
Workplace: Lausanne Chamberonne District
Your Activities
In your activities, you will be expected to:
- Ensure recognition of academic achievements in the admission process for candidates to programmes managed by the HEC Faculty and in the process of granting equivalences;
- Advise and support students during their studies in the Faculty's programmes;
- Promote our study programmes and develop information documents;
- Collaborate in improving SEAE processes, as well as in awarding scholarships for Faculty students.
Your Profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, economics, or a field of study deemed equivalent
- Several years of experience related to one or more fields of study covered by the Faculty's programmes, ideally in a university environment
- Positivity, team spirit, customer service orientation, and empathy
- Openness to change, good listening and communication skills (written and oral)
- Professionalism, rigour, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of French and English (written and oral, level C1)
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools
