Sales Assistant with Accounting 50%

Job Description

• Order processing, from entry to invoicing
• Ordering system, from order entry to invoice receipt verification
• Loading and logistics planning of orders
• Basic knowledge of the Bexio ERP programme
• Creation of simple weekly and monthly reports in Excel
• Receiving and handling customer and supplier phone calls

We expect

• Experience in the area of responsibility
• English and French advantageous, but not essential
• MS Office experience
