Tasks
- Treat both outpatient and inpatient hand surgery and rheumatology patients.
- Guide patients from acute phase to ongoing individual therapy.
- Create and adjust therapeutic splints for diverse age groups.
Skills
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BSc or equivalent) required.
- Strong interest in hand rehabilitation and process optimization.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Treatment of outpatient and inpatient hand surgical as well as rheumatological patients
- Therapeutic support from the acute phase to further outpatient individual therapy
- Creation and adjustment of therapeutic splints
- Treatment of patients of different age groups
- Collaboration in an interprofessional therapy team consisting of occupational and physiotherapy
- Active participation in the move to the additional therapy room in the new KSA building 2027
- Involvement in the optimisation of processes and workflows
Your Profile
- Completed training in occupational therapy (BSc or equivalent)
- For foreign qualifications: SRK recognition or PreCheck
- Strong interest in hand rehabilitation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility and organisational talent
- Empathetic and flexible personality
- Ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic work environment
- Positive and open manner as well as enjoyment in contributing to good team spirit
