Head of Quality m/f/d (80 - 100%)

In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 in cooperation with the QM manager of the Business Unit
• Ensuring product and process quality as well as guaranteeing product safety
• Development and implementation of methods to ensure specified quality standards
• Consideration of customer requirements in operational processes
• Conducting hazard analyses to identify critical control points
• Collection and statistical evaluation of quality data
• Root cause analysis of quality defects and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
• Advising and coaching employees on quality issues
• Conducting training on quality assurance methods and measures
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Initiating improvement projects and promoting the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Responsibility for complaint management (customer and supplier side)
• Management of incoming goods inspection
• Leadership of the HSE officer

To successfully fulfil these tasks, we expect the following from you:

• Completed technical training as well as further education (QM/technology, or similar)
• Relevant industry, manufacturing, and product-related know-how
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
• Experience in the application of quality management systems and statistical programmes
• Knowledge of DIN ISO 9001:2015 and relevant quality standards
• Experience in the use of quality tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC, Ishikawa)
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits
• Competence in project management and process optimisation
• Analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong service orientation, teamwork, and goal orientation
• German language skills at native level
• English language skills at least at B1 level
