Team Leader Setup (m/f/d)
We are a popular congress and event venue in the Bernese Oberland. Events for up to 1500 people take place in the historic as well as modern premises and are catered with delicacies from our own kitchen. As a local specialist, we also support our customers in organising congresses, meetings and other events in the region.

Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and timely execution of setup, dismantling and conversion for all events
- Leadership and deployment planning of hourly paid employees in close cooperation with the gastronomy team
- Deputising for the banquet management
- Maintenance and further development of a shared, flexible employee pool
- Maintenance of equipment and infrastructure (tables, chairs, podiums, stands etc.)
- Optimisation of work processes and procedures
Your Profile
- Completed training as an event specialist or hotel specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in a similar or equivalent position
- High physical resilience and flexibility in setup and dismantling work
- Networked thinking and understanding of operational contexts, especially in the event and gastronomy sector
- Communicative personality and team player
- Structured, independent working style
