For our partner company, an internationally leading manufacturer of high-precision grinding machines, we are looking for an independent and motivated
Polymechanic Assembly (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Pre-assembly and final assembly of complex mechanical engineering assemblies including the complete construction of customer-specific flat and profile grinding machines. This includes:
- Fitting work on highly precise guide and machine elements, as well as laying and connecting all the piping systems necessary for the operation of a grinding machine (coolant lines and valves, hydraulic and pneumatic components)
- Measuring the machine geometry and recording the measured geometry data for the machine documentation
- Integration of customer-specific fixtures into the grinding machine
- If required and interested, setting up the grinding machines at the customer’s site
Your Profile
- Training as a polymechanic (specialising in assembly technology) with a Federal VET Diploma and several years of professional experience (mandatory)
- Independent and precise working style with a high degree of initiative
- Responsible and team-oriented personality
- High awareness of quality and safety as well as commitment and willingness to perform
- Willingness to learn new things
