About the job
Our numerous offers support people with a migration background in integration and on the path to economic and social independence.
To expand our Professional Integration team, we are looking for support for the Passepartout offer.
Your main tasks
- Individual guidance and support of people with a migration background in the application process as well as in the search for training or jobs in the primary labor market
- Preparation of application documents
- Promotion of PC skills and use of the internet
- Support in the recognition process of foreign diplomas
- Networking with potential and existing training companies
- Maintenance of the database, reporting, and contact with case-managing agencies
Your profile
- Qualified training or further education in coaching
- Very good organizational and administrative skills, high IT affinity as well as experience in the use of databases
- Sound knowledge of the education landscape and vocational training in Switzerland
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as high social competence and resilience
- Independent working style and great sense of responsibility, but also enjoyment of close collaboration in a well-coordinated team
