Would you like to support patients in returning to their familiar environment?
We offer you a training position as a Registered Nurse HF where you earn from CHF 40,300 per year.
Your main tasks include
As a future Registered Nurse HF, you are responsible for our patients from admission to discharge. You will learn to organise the nursing process so that our patients experience holistic rehabilitation. This includes collecting patient data, organising and performing nursing and medical-technical activities, as well as documenting and evaluating them. With your professional assessment and analytical skills, you actively collaborate in the interdisciplinary team.
You bring with you
- For the three-year training: Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or secondary school leaving certificate
- For the two-year training: Health Specialist (FAGE) EFZ
- A passed aptitude test, for example at the Education Centre Higher Technical School for Health and Social Affairs Aarau (the aptitude test can also be started during the application process)
- Enjoy working with and for people
- Motivation to accompany and individually support patients during their recovery process
- A high degree of initiative and independence as well as good observation and reflection skills
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) is a prerequisite
