Property Manager Rental Portfolio (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You manage and administer a commercial rental portfolio
You maintain contract changes and ensure compliance requirements
You prepare revenue cost accounting and monthly financial statements
You create reports and statistics for management and operational units
You support landlords as well as internal and external interfaces
You assist with budgeting and year-end closing
You review rental contracts and support the automation of processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with experience in tenancy or real estate environment
Good knowledge of rental contracts and commercial property management
Very good MS Office skills and strong numerical affinity
Structured, resilient and independent working style
Business fluent German; French or Italian are an advantage
