How you can make an impact
As part of the Swiss sourcing and procurement team, we offer you a highly client-facing role where you will be redesigning procurement operating models, implement procurement tools, optimize and transform processes, run cost-out programmes and deliver many more exciting engagements. Your actions will have a direct impact on future projects and the development of the practice.
Within the day-to-day work, you will work with project teams navigating and solving complex situations as well as being part of sales and proposals work. Within Deloitte, you will contribute to the global sourcing and procurement community and be in close contact with other Deloitte member firms to deliver projects together. Overall, you will be the enabler for our clients to be more successful, more sustainable and collaborate better with their ecosystem partners.

Who we are looking for
- Positive mindset and passionate about sourcing and procurement
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships
- Analytical skills to become an expert in our clients’ matters and identify their challenges quickly
- Solution-driven person with the ability to design, structure and propose client-specific approaches
- Accuracy to deliver highest quality to our clients
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting with a strong focus on sourcing and procurement
- Demonstrated experience of procurement concepts, for example in any of the following areas strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, supplier risk management, procurement operating models, spend management
- Strong people leader that brings out the best in every team member
- Genuine interest and experience in sales activities e.g. proposals, business development
- Proficiency with procurement tools is considered an asset (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Full working proficiency in English and at least another language, preferably German. French would also be a plus
