Emergency Admissions Officer (50-60%)
Your tasks – our position
- Personalised reception of patients at the emergency patient reception service.
- Administrative admission, processing of patient data and preparation of documents.
- Ensuring full cost coverage (verification of insurance status)
- Participation in the development and improvement of processes and optimisation of internal working methods.
- Encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration (including nursing, doctors, security service)
- Communication and coordination with internal professional groups
Your skills – our expectations
- Basic commercial training or good knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge (oral/written) of the other language. Knowledge of English and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Organisational skills and speed in repetitive tasks
- You demonstrate team spirit and flexibility, your attitude is service-oriented, you have good social skills and a keen sense of quality
- Your working hours are as follows: 50% spread over 4 days (8:00 am to 1:00 pm) or 60% Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 1:00 pm)
- You are willing to cover shifts at other times if necessary (e.g. afternoons or weekends)
