Over 25'600 people live in the Fällanden-Maur-Schwerzenbach enforcement district. Approximately 6'000 enforcement proceedings are initiated annually. The enforcement and municipal office is located in the Fällanden town hall.
To complement our dynamic team at the enforcement and municipal office, we are looking for a cheerful and committed personality from February 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

Your tasks
- Independent execution of seizures, arrests, and retentions as well as the preparation of the corresponding documents
- Management and administration of wage garnishment control
- Drafting of seizure certificates and loss certificates
- Service of payment orders (both internal and external)
- Taking over office work (substitutions)
- Participation in municipal office tasks (certifications, evictions, etc.)
Your profile
- Commercial basic training, preferably in an enforcement office/notary or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of enforcement and civil law as well as the relevant provisions of the Zurich laws on judicial administration
- Precise, independent, and efficient working style
- Teamwork skills, discretion, resilience, and trustworthiness
- Strong communication and dialogue skills as well as assertiveness
- Driver's license category B with own car
