Head of Logistics 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take charge of our entire logistics department and ensure that all processes run smoothly

• You control and optimise goods inbound and outbound as well as inventory management

• You lead and motivate your team and ensure efficient work organisation

• You further develop logistics strategies and implement improvement measures

• You work closely with other departments such as purchasing, sales and production

• You monitor key figures, prepare reports and are responsible for your department's budget

• You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training or studies in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally already in a leadership position

• You have experience in staff management and team organisation

• You are familiar with modern warehouse management systems and logistical processes

• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions

• You communicate clearly and are a true team player

• You have good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP systems
