About the job

• Individual nutritional consulting and support of our international guests within the framework of our health, weight-loss, detox and longevity offers
• Development and further development of nutritional concepts and nutritional medical standards
• Professional definition of requirements for different nutritional forms and close coordination with kitchen and F&B
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, medical coaching, physiotherapy, kitchen, service and other departments
• Conducting nutritional consultations, workshops and information events
• Active participation in the development and implementation of our medical health programmes
• Ensuring current nutritional science standards as well as professional advice to internal teams

• Completed training as a nutritional consultant HF/FH or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in nutritional consulting, ideally in upscale hospitality, a private clinic or in the medical wellbeing/longevity environment
• Very independent, structured, solution- and service-oriented working style
• Strong host mentality and enjoyment in dealing with demanding, international guests
• Profound interest in prevention, metabolic health, weight management and longevity
• Excellent communication skills, confident appearance and the ability to convey complex content understandably
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work regular weekends and public holidays
• Authorization as a nutritional consultant is an advantage
