Internship with subsequent training as Childcare Specialist EFZ

The 12-month preliminary internship in the daycare centre serves as an introduction before training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ and takes place without concurrent school lessons. During your internship, you will gain an exciting insight into the varied daily routine of a large daycare centre and can gain professional experience in childcare and discover where your personal strengths lie.

What to expect

• Participation in the care and support of children aged approximately 6 months to 4 years
• Co-design and implementation of activities within the framework of joint team planning
• Assistance with household and everyday tasks
• Team collaboration as well as contact and exchange with parents
• Work in various groups and cross-group collaboration at the site

• Completed compulsory schooling (9 years)
