YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Technical, disciplinary and organisational overall responsibility for the team
- Scheduling and resource planning
- Overall responsibility for the product portfolio Network, Vehicle-to-Land Communication Solutions and Security Gateway for rail vehicles
- Strategic further development of the solutions, technologies & services used
- Responsibility for strategic partnerships
- Responsibility for network concepts
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other engineering departments
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Higher technical education (FH/ETH/University) in telecommunications or computer science with several years of relevant experience in the field of network and IT systems
- Sound knowledge in planning, implementation and operation of network infrastructures
- Leadership experience and confident handling at all hierarchical levels
- Initiative, determination and assertiveness
- Complex contexts are perceived as a challenge
- High willingness to perform, flexibility and desire for continuous development in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
