Your Role
- You sustainably take over and develop existing client relationships
- You actively expand your own client and candidate base
- You recognise market opportunities and specifically win new clients
- You efficiently and precisely fill temporary and permanent positions
- You conduct interviews and accompany candidates throughout the entire process
- You advise clients competently and act as a sparring partner on an equal footing
- You use modern recruiting tools and channels for maximum impact
- You work independently with plenty of creative freedom
What You Bring
- Experience in recruitment, recruiting or sales-related environments
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong communication skills
- Closing strength and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- High self-motivation and the will to succeed
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Openness, team spirit and a positive, energetic personality
- Drive, ambition and desire to make a difference
