Specialist (m/f/d) in Haematology on the Stem Cell and Immunotherapy Ward 80-100%
from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Direct clinical practice with a role model function in the care of complex haematological-oncological patients as well as support for nursing staff in demanding situations
- Advice and support for patients and their relatives before, during and after cell therapies and chemotherapies with a focus on promoting self-management
- Support in the induction of new employees as well as promotion of knowledge exchange and professional development in the team through coaching and mentoring
- Function as the first point of contact for complex nursing issues and active support in finding solutions in everyday clinical practice
- Planning and conducting internal specialist inputs as well as practical short training courses for the continuous development of nursing competence
- Active involvement in nursing topics as well as co-responsibility for quality assurance and further development of nursing standards together with nursing expertise and the interprofessional treatment team
- Promotion of constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration as a central part of daily work
Your profile
- Completed studies as a qualified nurse FH or HF with appropriate specialist training in haematology/oncology (e.g. CAS, MAS, NDK) or willingness to complete this
- At least two years of professional experience as a qualified nurse in an acute hospital, ideally in haematology or oncology
- Strong interest in highly specialised nursing and enjoyment in caring for complex patient situations
- High patient orientation, sense of responsibility and the ability to act confidently even in dynamic and demanding situations
- Very good communication skills and enjoyment in imparting knowledge appropriately to the target audience and supporting employees
- Initiative, organisational skills and enthusiasm for innovation as well as for shaping change processes
- Team spirit and strong willingness to collaborate interprofessionally in a highly specialised environment
