Are you familiar with the special requirements of psychiatric care and appreciate the continuous support of people with mental illnesses? For our client, a psychiatric institution in the Schaffhausen region, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) for long-term psychiatry.
Requirements Profile
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
- Professional and confident handling of people in psychologically demanding situations
- Independent, responsible and reflective way of working
- Good collaboration within the interprofessional team
Tasks
- Care and support of people with mental illnesses
- Accompaniment in daily life and support for a stable daily structure
- Implementation of treatment nursing measures within own area of competence
- Observation and assessment of changes in mental and physical condition
- Care documentation and professional exchange within the treatment team
