What you can achieve
- Fact-finding primarily in the area of child protection
- Conducting hearings within the scope of the investigation procedure
- Taking minutes within the scope of the investigation procedure
- Drafting decisions for the KESB
- Providing psychosocial specialist advice
- Developing solutions on a voluntary basis in cooperation with those affected/triaging those affected to subsidiary specialist agencies
- Formulating investigation assignments to external parties
- Contributing to the further development of the existing organisation and professional standards
- Additional investigation tasks on behalf of the KESB
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in social work, psychology, (social) pedagogy or related fields
- Professional experience and/or additional training in the fields of child and adult protection
- Resilient, assertive and integrous personality
- Very good communication skills and confident demeanour
- Joy and interest in people and social issues
