Created in 2014 on the former Ilford research site, the Marly Innovation Center (MIC) is one of the largest innovation and business campuses in Switzerland. It hosts more than 200 companies and 1000 jobs, and already covers over 60% of its renewable energy needs.
To strengthen our Technical team, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager Energy / Buildings. Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, you ensure the reliability of energy metering and billing for our tenants and lead technical projects.

Your tasks
Energy management (approx. 50% activity)
- Ensure the reliability of energy metering systems
- Update metering diagrams according to tenant arrivals and departures
- Commission and manage external service providers in the energy sector
- Perform energy billing (heat, cooling, electricity, gas, water…) according to current contracts
- Prepare energy invoices and justify consumption to tenants
- Monitor consumption and apply corrective measures in case of deviations
- Optimise technical installations to improve energy efficiency, together with the Technical team and our service providers
Project management (approx. 50% activity)
- Manage various technical projects, particularly in building technology
- Represent the client in certain files
- Prepare specifications and calls for tenders
- Compare offers from technical and financial perspectives
- Follow projects from start of construction to final acceptance
- Ensure financial monitoring, from invoice control to final billing
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team
Your profile
- Technical education: EPFL engineer, HES, recent graduates welcome
- Knowledge of metering systems, building automation (BMS) and HVAC-E installations is an asset
- Comfortable with numbers, analytical mindset with very good mastery of Excel and databases; great rigour in work quality
- Organisational skills, autonomy and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders (tenants, service providers, internal team)
- Fluent French, good knowledge of English is an asset
