The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Hospitality & Services department under the direction of Mr Remo Brülisauer, Mr Marco Brunner is looking for an assistant cook on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026.
Your tasks
- Assisting in the cold kitchen and patisserie
- Helping in the main kitchen according to instructions from the specialist staff
- Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety
- Working according to internal operational procedures
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience
- Very good German language skills
- Experience in a comparable institution (healthcare, elderly care, or similar) is an advantage
- Business-minded thinking
- You are an upbeat and team-oriented person and convince through your professional working style
