TRISA AG is looking for a committed individual as
Deputy Head of Manufacturing Department
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible, together with the department head, for ensuring a smooth production process in the bristle manufacturing department (stamping). You will support the department head in managing the department (>100 people) and take responsibility for your own area of tasks.
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Support and deputise for the department head in leadership, planning, and training tasks
- Co-responsibility for order processing and production control
- Ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment
- Leading internal departmental projects as well as participating in cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Technical basic training with several years of professional experience
- Completed or ongoing training/continuing education in the technical field (HF/FH)
- Leadership and production experience
- Excellent communication and expression skills in the German language
- Strong assertiveness and high degree of independence
