Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

• Order processing from A to Z (orders, deliveries, invoices, etc.)
• Organisational and administrative support of the sales department
• Creating quotations and obtaining offers from suppliers
• Supporting account managers with tenders
• Deal registrations with manufacturers

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk
• Export experience an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision / Dynamics 365 BC an advantage)
• Professional experience in back office
• Interest in IT products and technical flair
• Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form
• Very good PC user skills
• You are a committed and independent personality
• You are dynamic, flexible and a digital native
