maintenance salesperson Eastern Switzerland region (m/f/d)

tasks

• you acquire new customers for maintenance and service contracts
• you also look after existing customers and expand existing customer relationships
• you conduct customer visits and sales talks and maintain a sustainable customer network
• you acquire customers from property management companies, real estate companies, general contractors, owners and other relevant customer groups
• you also process enquiries and tenders and follow up on offers
• you analyse existing systems and their maintenance requirements and advise on maintenance scope, services and contract models
• you also develop customer-specific maintenance and service concepts and identify technical optimisation potential
• you coordinate technical clarifications with service technicians and the handover of new systems

requirements

• you have a vocational training in a craft profession such as polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, automation technician, mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, metalworker or as an electrical installer / electrician (m/f/d)
• service technician experience is a great advantage
• a category B driving licence is a prerequisite for this activity
• do you also consider yourself communicative, skilled in negotiation and goal-oriented?
