Tasks
- Leading a team of 2–5 carpenters
- Ensuring professional execution according to plans
- Responsibility for occupational safety, quality, and deadlines
- Implementation of workshop plans and project documents
- Recording working hours and organizing materials
Requirements
- Carpenter with further training as foreman/site manager
- Several years of experience in timber construction, leadership experience is an advantage
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and reliable personality
- CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German skills
- Driver's license category B
