What is my role?
Professional and organisational management of the audit department - you actively shape and set impulses
Responsibility for the proper and timely handling of audit mandates - quality and reliability are your top priorities
Independent execution of statutory and limited audits according to Swiss audit law - you keep an overview and act confidently
Review of annual and consolidated financial statements according to CO - you analyse with foresight and precision
Support and maintenance of a diverse client portfolio with national and international customers - variety is guaranteed
Advising clients in the areas of accounting, audit and compliance - you are a competent sparring partner at eye level
Conducting special audits as well as dealing with business management issues - you love the challenge of complex topics
Cross-disciplinary collaboration with the fiduciary and tax consulting departments - teamwork is highly valued by you
Participation in the further development of quality standards and internal processes - you bring fresh wind and innovative ideas
What do I need to be successful?
Qualification as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant
Several years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in a small or medium-sized Swiss fiduciary or audit firm
Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit law
Enjoyment in professional leadership and development of a team
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as interest in taking responsibility and actively contributing to the further development of the company
Independent, structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills B1
