About the job
As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also on land we pamper our customers in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinarily. Our land establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. In addition, we are the gastro partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.

With us, you take on a central role in recruitment. From seasonal recruitment to filling specialist & management positions, you and your HR partner ensure that the right people find their way to Tavolago.
- Inspire talents: You find the people who make our establishments successful and accompany them from the first contact to the start at Tavolago.
- Keep applications moving: You conduct the first telephone interviews, keep track of open positions and ensure a professional and appreciative application process.
- Build teams together: You work closely with our managers and support the filling of open positions in our establishments - from seasonal assignments to specialist and managerial roles.
- Pitch in with HR: You support the HR team in day-to-day business and take on administrative as well as organisational tasks concerning our people.
- Rethink recruitment: You contribute ideas on how we can become even more visible as an employer and help to inspire the next generation for our industry.
What we wish from you
- You have completed a commercial basic training and have already gained some professional experience.
- You have already gained experience in HR - even better. If not, no problem either.
- You are interested in people and have a good sense for recognising and inspiring talents.
- You like organising and keep an overview even when several recruitments are running simultaneously.
- You already bring experience from gastronomy or hospitality. Even more important to us are your enthusiasm for personnel acquisition and your joy in dealing with people.
