About the job
Your tasks
- Basic medical care including blood sampling, ECGs, urine tests and wound care
- Key worker role and individual nursing care
- Participation in individual treatment planning and progress monitoring
- Support of medication-assisted treatment within the framework of OAT and HeGeBe
- Promotion of independence and support in social and health stabilisation
- Participation in therapeutic group offers and harm reduction measures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medicine, psychology, social services and other professional groups
- Nursing documentation as well as treatment-related organisational tasks
Your profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland (SRK recognition)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally in addiction medicine or outpatient care, advantageous
- Interest in working with people with addiction disorders, psychiatric and somatic comorbidities as well as dual diagnoses
- Enjoyment of independent work and interprofessional collaboration
- Appreciative, resource-oriented and non-stigmatising attitude
