Your tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting with a focus on general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Participation in the monthly payroll and all matters of personnel administration

• Preparation and creation of VAT returns as well as support with monthly and annual financial statements

• Active assistance with tax returns for private and corporate clients

• Handling the entire order process from quotations, estimates and order confirmations to invoicing, post-calculation and construction guarantees

• Relieving project management in administrative areas, managing correspondence and processing incoming mail

• Welcoming guests, managing the telephone switchboard in German, French and English, and taking on further organisational tasks

• Solid commercial training as well as advanced knowledge in finance and accounting, preferably with relevant further education

• Several years of practical experience in accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger)

• Experience in VAT matters and closing work, preferably complemented by initial practice in the tax field

• Basic knowledge in payroll accounting and HR administration is an advantage

• Fluent German as well as good language skills in French and English

• Reliable, structured and independent working style, strong numerical understanding and a customer-oriented manner
