For our client, an established and growing company in the field of building automation, we are looking for a committed individual as Service Manager Building Automation.
Our client develops and implements modern solutions around the automation of buildings and technical systems. Customers are supported from planning and implementation through to commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation of their systems. The company collaborates with various partners such as planning offices, builders, architects, and owners.
- You take on the professional responsibility for the service area.
- You independently handle service orders and ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- You are the contact person for existing service customers and support them with technical concerns.
- You contribute to the organisation of the on-call service.
- On site, you carry out system surveys and technical clarifications.
- You advise customers on technical questions and assist in developing solutions and offers.
- You organise and partially carry out service and installation assignments yourself.
- In addition, you can expect further varied tasks related to building automation.
- Further training at technician HF level or the willingness to undertake such further training is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in building automation.
- Good knowledge in the areas of KNX, MSRL, and building control technology.
- Experience in a comparable role, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- A broad technical understanding of systems and equipment in building automation.
- Very good German language skills; additional language skills are a plus.
- A valid driving licence category B.

Profile
- A completed training in the electrical field, for example as an electrician, electrical fitter, or a comparable qualification.- Further training at technician HF level or the willingness to undertake such further training is an advantage.
