External Sales Representative - Office Fit-Out

It develops high-end office furniture solutions as well as environments that promote collaboration, well-being, and performance at work. To complete its team, it is looking for a 100% External Sales Representative for French-speaking Switzerland. 

Your tasks with your new employer

• You identify office projects and develop new clients through direct canvassing, tenders, and active prospecting.
• You work closely with internal teams (project management, planning, production) to ensure optimal project progress and client satisfaction.
• You advise and support clients in a personalised manner throughout the project lifecycle, in close collaboration with various internal departments.
• You actively monitor the market and independently implement the necessary actions for business development.
• You create and develop a strong network of relationships, both with clients and internally.
• You contribute to strengthening the brand awareness as well as the products and services offered.

You offer your new employer

• You have several years of experience in sales and a genuine passion for prospecting and B2B business development.
• Ideally, you have experience in office furniture or interior fit-out.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German and English.
• You have a true hunter’s mindset: you enjoy making first contact, actively prospecting, and developing new business opportunities.
• You work autonomously, in a structured and analytical way, while appreciating teamwork.
• You are proficient with IT tools, notably CRM systems and MS365.
