The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of Bürgerspital Basel. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with diverse needs a city-close, comfortable, and individual home in the midst of greenery.

In collaboration with the nursing team, you ensure compassionate care for the residents. The varied daily living environment and the professional as well as empathetic interaction with the residents are central. You take responsibility and act quickly and thoughtfully even in crisis situations.

• Education at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• Preferably professional experience in long-term care
• Sensitivity and empathy for the needs of elderly people
• Proven RAI or BESA knowledge
• Familiar with the Skill & Grade Mix
• Open personality with polished manners
