About the job
The Training Team ensures the education and further training of our employees in the customer area. Are you passionate about learning and development, convey knowledge clearly and practically, and want to take people to the next level both professionally and personally?
What you can achieve
- You conduct target group-oriented training and further education for new and existing employees in German and another national language.
- From needs assessment through planning and organization to follow-up, you are responsible for the development of new educational modules.
- Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate the training and further education offerings and continuously develop them further.
- You keep existing modules and training materials up to date and ensure their quality.
- You work as a training representative in projects and working groups and organize the corresponding training sessions.
What sets you apart
- a commercial or equivalent basic education – ideally professional experience in health insurance
- Certificate "Course Instructor" from the Swiss Association for Continuing Education (SVEB) or willingness to obtain it
- very good communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics simply and understandably
- enthusiasm for digital learning environments and preferably experience with e-learnings
