About the job
The Hospitals of Schaffhausen include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for approximately 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. Additionally, we are an important training centre in the canton.
For our ward specialising in Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Hand Surgery, we are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse HF with educational responsibility to start immediately or by arrangement.

What Awaits You
- Educational responsibility for trainees "Health Specialist EFZ" and "Registered Nurse HF"
- Care and support of our patients and their environment according to defined quality criteria / guidelines / standards
- Planning, management and evaluation of all partial steps in the nursing process from admission to discharge
- Responsibility for professional communication with patients as well as with interprofessional services
What You Bring to Us
- Completed training as a qualified Registered Nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in Switzerland regarding nursing processes
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Further training in the educational field (SVEB) or willingness to complete it
- Your strong sense of responsibility makes you a trustworthy professional
- Flexible and resilient – you handle changing tasks with ease
- With full motivation, you ensure nursing quality that inspires
