Kindergarten Teaching Assistant 60%
The HPS Flawil is a day special school for children and young people with cognitive impairments, multiple disabilities, and from the autism spectrum, from kindergarten to upper school including vocational preparation class.
Your regular working hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm. On Wednesday and Friday, you are present on site until 12:00 pm.

Kindergarten Teaching Assistant 60%, Tuesday – Friday, from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Support and promotion of pupils in lessons and everyday school life under the guidance of the teacher;
- Preparation of support sequences and materials, in consultation;
- Taking over lunch supervision and break duty;
- Responsibility for care activities;
- Participation and collaboration in class camps, project weeks, and school events;
- Substitution for the class/subject teacher during the first 3 days.

You bring with you
- Minimum age 20 years;
- Completed vocational training (preferably as FaBe or FaGe) and/or many years of professional/educational experience;
- German at least at C1 level;
- Joy and appreciation in dealing with pupils with special needs;
- Motivation, resilience, flexibility, creativity, and humour;
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
