Claims Officer Performance Management Corporate (all)

- Competent and personal support and advice for corporate clients
- Handling complex and demanding claims issues
- Calculating daily allowance benefits
- Initiating medical assessments
- Coordinating with insurers, service providers, care management and partners
- Initiating cost control measures
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial or medical training as well as professional experience in health and/or social insurance, preferably in daily sickness benefits
- Social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
- Social and communication skills
- Precise and independent working style characterises you
- Solution-oriented, assertive and flexible personality
- Confident German language skills and additional language skills (especially French or Italian) are advantageous
