About the job
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for kitchen operations at Meisser Resort (Hotel, Romantica, Lodge as well as Restaurant Dalet)
- Leadership, scheduling, and motivation of the kitchen team
- Menu and offer design considering seasonality and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP)
- Ordering goods, inventory management, and cost control
Your profile:
- Completed training as a cook, ideally with further education
- Several years of experience in a leading kitchen position
- Organizational strength, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
- Creativity, quality awareness, and resilience
- Knowledge of Italian or English is an advantage
