Facility Maintenance Specialist 100%- You monitor, maintain and optimise various building services systems
- You independently carry out maintenance, repairs, restorations and fault rectifications, ensuring their timely execution
- You conduct regular inspection rounds and checks, carefully documenting the results
- You process incoming work orders efficiently and on time, adhering to agreed quality and performance targets
- You coordinate and procure the necessary materials for daily operations
- You ensure proper disposal and sustainable recycling management
- You perform winter services as well as on-call duties, ensuring smooth operations
- You handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, processing checklists and maintaining relevant documentation
- You have completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you already have experience in caretaking and garden maintenance
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are proficient with MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes
- You are characterised by a structured, careful and independent working style
- You impress with a strong customer and service orientation
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You have a clean criminal record
