In this versatile role, you will work closely with the management, IT, controlling, and other departments, actively shaping the digital advancement of our hospital.

Your Challenge

• Analytics & Reporting: Development of evaluations and key figures for management and departments, analysis and preparation of data from relevant source systems, further development of management reporting
• Digitalisation & Projects: Identification and implementation of digitalisation, automation, and AI potentials, leadership and support of digital projects, coordination with IT, controlling, and departments
• Processes & Requirements: Analysis and optimisation of business processes, collection and structuring of requirements, support in system evaluations and the introduction of digital solutions
• Quality & Data Protection: Support in process and quality management as well as in certifications, collaboration on data protection issues and data protection impact assessments

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, data science/statistics, process management, digitalisation, or comparable
• Experience in data preparation and analysis, reporting, and process optimisation
• Experience in leading/participating in projects
• Interest in digitalisation, new technologies, and AI
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• Independence, initiative, and sense of responsibility
