Responsibilities
- Planning & Development: Creating technical concepts for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems- Design & Calculation: Producing 2D/3D plans with CAD software as well as calculating the technical design
- Project Support: Assisting project management from the initial idea to commissioning
- Sustainability Focus: Developing energy-efficient solutions for new builds, conversions and renovations
- Documentation & Coordination: Preparing tender documents, collaborating with architects, engineers and clients
Profile
- Completed training as a building services engineer EFZ or comparable qualification- Experience in planning and implementing HVAC or sanitary systems
- Confident use of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Plancal Nova) and MS Office
- Technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking and team spirit
- Interest in sustainable technologies and innovations in building services
